Creative Specialist
Zharkwave is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Specialist. As a Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through various mediums, ensuring that our brand messaging is visually compelling and resonates with our target audience. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for a variety of digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design projects.
- Able to use Photoshop, and Canva.
Content Creation
- Develop creative content for marketing materials, including but not limited to blog posts, infographics, and multimedia presentations.
- Generate visually striking and compelling content to enhance our online presence.
Basic Copywriting
- Craft persuasive and effective copy that complements the visual elements of our marketing materials.
- Ensure all written content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
Research and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Conduct market research to identify visual and creative opportunities for the brand.

Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design or similar.
- Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Graphic design programs, with focus in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and video editing programs.
- Problem solver with strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Skills in storyboarding and developing creative concepts
- Understand the value in A/B testing various creative themes.
- Passionate about digital marketing with the desire to learn about relevant data / performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple graphic design projects and request simultaneously.
- Ability to upload social media content on time.
- Ability to work in a high velocity startup environment.
- Portfolio will be required during application process.

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this role’s listed level is currently (IDR30.000.000 – IDR 60.000.000). Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Increased of salary is given every 6 – 12 months, with an increase of 10-20%.
